Job Shadow Pty Ltd is a sister company to Inspireware. The offering is very complementary to our solutions on offer.

Whilst many companies provide job shadowing opportunities for graduates, we have found that there are no formal job shadowing opportunities for high school students before they make decisions about their tertiary studies.

Job Shadow was launched specifically to meet this need, to help students experience a “day-in-the-life” of someone in the field they are contemplating, and to reduce South Africa’s extremely high (over 50%) drop-out rate at tertiary institutions.

Job Shadow is a new solution to help with this problem.
