Monitoring and Evaluation

Monitoring and Evaluation is done specifically in the education sector.
Inspireware’s aim is to build teacher capacity in every Province through each initiative implemented. Various activities are done to ensure this. Namely pre-tests, post-tests including continual assessments. Teachers progression is monitored and learning gaps are identified. Allowing the grouping of similar needs in tailor made training packages.

Training is an important service that Inspireware offers to teachers so that the full benefit of the software can be passed onto the learner. The training is comprehensive and provides skills to teachers to best use the product in the classroom environment.
The attendees of the training will receive a certificate of attendance and the training courses will also be MICT SETA accredited. SACE endorsed.
